Fort Salonga Man Gets Fingers Amputated Following Fireworks Accident
BREAKING: The fireworks exploded in the man's hand, police say.

A Fort Salonga man had his fingers amputated on Tuesday following a fireworks accident, police say.
According to authorities, officers responded to Milemore Drive for a report of a 35-year-old man who lit a firework that exploded in his hand at 1:30 p.m.
The man suffered injuries to both hands and was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital where he had his fingers amputated.
