
A young female cat braving February’s bitter temperatures on Woodhull Place has found respite over the weekend, thanks to the kindness of a Northport resident.
“It has a collar, but no tag and is clearly a house pet,” the Patch reader wrote in.
“This is a very sweet loving kitty who uses the sandbox, doesn’t scratch the furniture and is somebodies lost pet,” she added. “Let’s see if we can get her home.”
