Northport-East Northport Kiwanis Club Donates $1K To Tunnel To Towers Foundation
The donation was made in memory of Ray Maloney, a 60-year member of the Northport Fire Department and a "true ambassador" to Northport.
NORTHPORT, NY — The Northport-East Northport Kiwanis Club donated $1,000 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in memory of Ray Maloney, a former Kiwanis member, Bob Doherty, president of the club, told Patch.
Jack Nelson, a spokesman for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, accepted the donation.
Maloney's daughter and son-in-law, Kate and Tony Farrington, and Maloney's friend, Carole Quinn, attended.
