Northport School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacations

NORTHPORT, NY — The first day of school in the Northport School District is September 6, while the first day of school in Elwood is September 5 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the dates on your calendar ASAP. The Northport and Elwood school districts have released their 2018-2019 calendars for public schools.

The calendars include important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.
