Northport varsity swimmer Chloe Stepanek recently won gold at the 2018 Us Winter National Championships in Greensboro, N.C.
She added another medal to her collection of championships on Dec. 2. and was named the Under 18 Winter National Champion in the Women’s 200-meter freestyle. During the meet Stepanek also raced against Olympians Katie Ledecky and Simone Manuel and felt very humbled to be competing with such incredible athletes.
