'All They Want Is Love And Attention': Pignoli And Biscotti Are Northport Pets Of The Week
Pignoli and Biscotti, 8-month-old bonded brothers, were thrown out of their homes as young kittens to fend for themselves, a volunteer said.

NORTHPORT, NY — Biscotti and Pignoli, 8-month-old bonded brothers, are the Northport Cat Rescue Association's Kittens of the Week.
Biscotti is a brown tabby while Pignoli is a gray tabby.
"Their eyes have so much expression to them," said Lora Wild, a volunteer with the rescue. "If they could talk, I am sure they would tell us their story of their journey to safety. These boys were thrown out of their home as young kittens and left to fend for themselves."

A woman took them in and brought them to the shelter, fortunately for the kittens, Wild said.
"They are magnificent," Wild said. "Never have I fostered such affectionate and gentle kittens. They love to be held. In fact, Pignoli will actually put his head on your shoulder while holding him like a baby. Biscotti will start purring the minute you start petting him. Pignoli is very chatty and has the cutest chirp. They follow you around like dogs. They will jump in your lap at the same time; Pignoli giving you kisses while Biscotti gently paws at you for pets. All they want is love and attention, each other and of course, a forever home."
