Suffolk Police Report: Theft, Drug Possession

Second precinct arrests, Oct.

The following was taken from the Suffolk Police Department crime blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Jeffrey Steven Nekola, 57, from Northport was arrested in East Northport on Oct. 18 and charged with petty larceny after he allegedly stole items from Stop & Shop.
  • Linda Abrams, 24, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Oct. 17 and charged with three counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Brent J.M. Perkins, 24, from Ronkonkoma was arrested in East Northport on Oct. 17 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
  • Megan Reardon, 21, from Greenlawn was arrested in East Northport on Oct. 16 and charged with petty larceny after she allegedly stole items from Walgreens.
  • Alan Scott Lepre, 49, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Oct. 16 and charged with third degree criminal mischief after he allegedly threw a rock at the glass door of Debonair Cleaners, shattering it.
