3 Kids In Tesla When Woman Arrested For DWI On Route 9: NYSP
Kids, ages 1, 12, and 13, were in the car in Croton-on-Hudson. The woman refused to provide a breath sample, according to state police.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — A Dutchess County woman was arrested in Croton-on-Hudson for potentially putting the lives of three children at risk, according to state police.
New York State Police said that a trooper stopped a 2020 Tesla, on Route 9 in the Village of Croton-on Hudson, on Friday.
While interviewing the driver, identified as 36-year-old Jennifer L. Moore, of Beacon, the trooper noticed signs of intoxication, according to police. She was administered field sobriety tests, which she then failed.

The trooper found that three children, ages 1, 2, and 13, were also in the car at the time of the stop.
Moore was arrested and taken to Cortlandt for processing, where she refused to provide a breath sample.

State police say the three children were turned over to a sober party.
Moore was charged with three felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (Leandra's Law), misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and several vehicle/traffic violations.
She was arraigned in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Court, and then released on her own recognizance. Moore is scheduled to reappear in court on Wednesday.
