Village, Town Board Meetings Coming Up For Croton, Ossining

There are plenty of upcoming chances to help tend to our democracy close to the roots. Several public meetings are scheduled for this week that affect Croton-on-Hudson and Ossining.

• Ossining Village Board of Trustees, 7:30 p.m. Municipal Building. Work session agenda: zoning changes
• Ossining Town Planning Board, 7:30 p.m.
• Ossining Board of Education, 7:30 p.m. Special Meeting

Thursday

• Croton-on-Hudson 125th Anniversary Committee, 6 p.m.
• Croton-Harmon Board of Education, 7 p.m., Croton Harmon High School. Special meeting includes setting the tax rate
