$50K Third-Prize Powerball Ticket Sells In Nassau; Jackpot Now $1.5B
The $50,000 winner bought a lottery ticket at Bayville Pharmacy on Tuesday.
BAYVILLE, NY — Someone who stopped by Bayville Pharmacy on Tuesday is $50,000 richer, thanks to a third-prize winning Powerball ticket. The New York Lottery announced that a dozen third-prize tickets were purchased that day across New York State.
Bayville Pharmacy is at 258 Bayville Ave. in Bayville.
The Powerball jackpot is now $1.5 billion. The drawing will be held Saturday.

The Bayville winner was one of 12 New York Lottery players to nab $50,000, and a winner in Ridgewood, Queens made out with $100,000.
The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Nov. 2 are: 2-11-22-35-60 and the Powerball is 23. Players can check their numbers on the New York Lottery app.

New York Lottery reports that sales of Powerball tickets have increased by $158.9 million since this current Powerball jackpot period began on Aug. 6.
