New Brick Oven Pizzeria In Oyster Bay Opens, Replacing Pietro's
The new pizzeria and restaurant opened last month in a renovated space, and this weekend will get an official ribbon cutting.

OYSTER BAY, NY — A new brick oven pizzeria that replaced Pietro's in Oyster Bay at 342 Lexington Ave. will have an official ribbon cutting Saturday.
Mama Mia's Brick Oven Pizzeria opened last month and on Saturday the Oyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber of Commerce will officially welcome the new business.
Pietro's Brick Oven Pizza closed in January after the death of owner Peter Grippi.

According to the chamber, the new pizzeria will also serve brick oven pizza, along with pasta and meat entrees.
"The owners, Alan and Stephanie Fortich, care deeply about the community in which they live and strive to serve only the best to their family and yours. They accomplish this by using the freshest local ingredients in all their pizza and entrees," an announcement from the chamber said.
