Brooklyn's Fancy-Restaurant Burglars Strike AGAIN
This time, they stole $20,000 in a repeat hit on the Greenwood Park Beer Garden, police say.

Brooklyn’s fancy-restaurant burglars are quickly making a name for themselves as the slipperiest, ballsiest, most lucrative burglars in the game.
From August through October, the pair netted nearly $70,000 in four hitson a wine bar, beer garden, Italian bistro and seafood restaurant in Park Slope, Windsor Terrace and Red Hook, according to the NYPD.
And on Wednesday, Oct. 28, they struck again, police say — in a repeat hit on the Greenwood Park Beer Garden on 7th Avenue.

Around 2 a.m., police say, the suspects entered the location and removed its safe, which contained approximately $20,000.
(Greenwood Park‘s management had apparently restocked the safe since Aug. 22, when the burglars removed $24,450.)

The latest surveillance photo of Brooklyn’s fancy-restaurant burglars (included above) shows them outfitted in their usual hoodie-and-facemask disguise, as one of them stares defiantly into Greenwood Park’s security camera.
Below, the pair’s full resume, according to the NYPD.
- On Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2015, at 8:20 p.m. inside of Cafe Dada located at 57 7th Avenue, suspects entered the location and removed a safe and approximately $1,500.
- On Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at 1:30 a.m. inside of Bistro Bartoto Italiano located at 411 11th Street, suspect entered the location through the front door using a crowbar and removed $1,500 from the register.
- On Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at 3:30 a.m. inside of Greenwood Park Beer Garden located at 555 7th Avenue, suspects entered the location and removed the safe containing approximately $24,450.
- On Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at 4:50 a.m. inside of Brooklyn Crab restaurant located at 24 Reed Street, suspects entered through a rear gate and removed a $500 safe containing $7,000 in cash and $2,600 in electronics.
- On Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, at 2:00 a.m. inside of Greenwood Park Beer Garden located at 555 7th Avenue, suspects entered the location and removed the safe containing approximately $20,000.
