Christmas Grinch Stickup In Park Slope: Police

Police said a 20-year-old woman was robbed of $200 on the evening of yule.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A Christmas grinch demanded cash from a young woman in Park Slope on the evening of the nativity, according to police.

At about 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 25, an unidentified man approached a 20-year-old woman from behind on Seventh Avenue near Prospect Avenue and simulated that he had a firearm, according to police.

The man led his victim to a nearby ATM where he was able to collect $200 before fleeing to parts unknown, police said.

Officials have released a photo of an individual they believe could be connected to the robbery.
