Free Holiday Performance, Lakeside Center Opening This Week

- Look for some more snow showers late Monday with warmer weather as the week progresses. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s by the end of the week.

- Join the Brooklyn Community Supported Art + Design (CSA+D) group in time for its first ever holiday pick-up Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. at 440 Gallery. Membership gives you access to unique, locally-made piece of art or design not available anywhere else this season.

- The new Lefrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park finally opens this week. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday and facilities will be fully open to the public Friday.

- Letter of Marque Theater Co. performa a new holiday play entitle 'Gifts' for free Monday, 7:30 p.m. at The Fifth Estate, 506 5th Ave.

- City Stomp plays live at Dizzy's Diner, 230 Fifth Avenue at President, Wednesday with seatings at 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
