On Friday, Feb. 26, at approximately 7:35 a.m., two unidentified female victims, one adult and one child, were riding the southbound 3 Train near the Clark Street station in Brooklyn Heights when a man they recognized came into the car, sat down across from them, put his hand in his pants and began to masturbate, police said.
An NYPD spokesperson told Patch that the two victims recognized the suspect as the same man who performed a similar lewd act in front of them two weeks prior, under similar circumstances.
