Man Robs Child In Park Slope: Police
A man dragged a 12-year-old boy before snatching his cellphone, police said.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A neighborhood bully dragged a young child by his sweatshirt before stealing his phone and running off, police said.
At around 3 p.m. on Dec. 15, police said that a man approached a 12-year-old boy at Fourth Avenue and 17th Street in Park Slope.
The man grabbed hold of the boy's sweatshirt, pulling him by its hood and dragging him as he attempted to steal the child's phone, police said.

After successfully prying the device from the young boy, the unidentified man fled the scene, running south on Fourth Avenue, officials said.
Police released an image of a person they are seeking in connection to the theft.
