New Dim Sum Cafe Lands In Park Slope

HOM Cafe & Wine, the newest addition to Park Slope's café scene, offers all-day dim sum for a unique twist on the traditional coffee shop.

PARK SLOPE, NY — A brand new coffee shop is bringing bamboo steamers and pork buns to the heart of Park Slope, offering dim sum with a café twist.

HOM Cafe & Wine, which opened to the public last week at 72 Seventh Avenue near Berkeley Place, is an all-day eatery offering dim sum, small plates and classic café fare.

Co-owner Aaron Hung, who previously worked at Jean-Georges’ Spice Market and NoHo Hospitality, teamed up with friends from Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese backgrounds to launch HOM Cafe & Wine, a café by day and wine bar by night.
