Old Park Slope Pharmacy Space Is Up For Rent

What do you want to see go in the old pharmacy building?

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Park Slopers harboring fantasies that they may get their neighborhood pharmacy back can put them to rest.

After abruptly shutting its doors following a sale to Rite Aid, the old Park Slope Pharmacy space is up for rent to anyone willing to shell out $5,500 per month.

A "For Rent" sign is posted outside of the shuttered building along with a sign directing old customers to the Rite Aid on Seventh Avenue to fill their prescriptions.

"Currently set up as a pharmacy that has been a neighborhood fixture for 30+ years," the listing says. "Incorporate the vintage woodwork interior into your own design or redo entirely."
