Owner Of Michelin-Starred Spot Opening Bowl Eatery In Park Slope

Rajesh Bhardwaj, the owner of Junoon, plans to open up Bowl & Blade at 169 Fifth Ave. next month, Eater reported.

PARK SLOPE, NY — The owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant plans to open up a new spot to grab lunch bowls in Park Slope next month, Eater New York reported.

Rajesh Bhardwaj, owner of Manhattan's famed Indian spot Junoon, will take over the former Bklyn Crepe & Juice Bar store front at 169 Fifth Ave. for his new eatery, Bowl & Blade, according to the Eater.

The menu will feature customizable bowls in different styles ranging from poke to Korean barbecue, according to the menu. It will also have frozen yogurt and acai bowls for dessert.

The space planes to open its doors on April 1 and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Eater reported.
