The Marshall's office said on Friday that the tenets were "evicted," but they did not have any details as to why. Last March, that Ataka Taka Taka Inc., the company that owns the café, owed $94,916.57 to 18 different creditors, including the company's landlord and Con Edison, according to court documents filed in the Eastern District of United States Bankruptcy Court.
