The Dish: Country Ham and Gruyere Cheese on a Croissant

Michael Orobona, the general manager at Sweet Melissa’s, said they weren’t trying to make the sandwich anything special.

“It’s just such a simple sandwich compared to what other people make,” Orobona said. “But that’s the thing, it’s so good because it’s so simple.”
