Woman Groped In Prospect Park, Attacker Not Caught: NYPD

A 26-year-old was groped by a stranger last week in Prospect Park, and police were still searching for the attacker.

PARK SLOPE, NY — A woman was groped in Prospect Park and her attacker had not been caught nearly a week later, police said Saturday.

A 26-year-old park-goer was walking in the park near a public restroom on West Drive Wednesday about 7:10 p.m. when a stranger grabbed her "private area" from behind, according to the NYPD.

The stranger fled the scene, and police had little more than a sketch of the man by Monday, according to the NYPD.
