2nd Annual Super Bowl Patchogue Plunge Benefits Petito Foundation

The event, hosted by the Patchogue Young Professionals, is back for the second year, and will take place at Sandspit Marina.

PATCHOGUE, NY —The second annual Patchogue Plunge is back after being canceled in 2020. The event, hosted by the Patchogue Young Professionals, will take place on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 13.

This year's plunge will benefit the Gabby Petito Foundation. The foundation, founded by the slain Long Island woman's parents, will "address the needs of organizations that support locating missing persons and to provide aid to organizations that assist victims of domestic violence situations, through education, awareness, and prevention strategies."

The plunge kicks off with breakfast at Toast Coffeehouse in Patchogue between 8 and 9:30 a.m. The plunge takes pace at 10 a.m. at Sandspit Marina, 116 Brightwood St.

The plunge donation is $30, and breakfast and plunge is $50 per person. For those who want participate but stay warm, a breakfast only option is $30.
