An affordable housing lottery for rental units in Patchogue is now accepting applications.

An affordable housing lottery is now accepting applications for the New Village apartment complex in Patchogue.
The complex, which is offering 67 workforce rental apartments to eligible applicants at affordable rents, is located at 1 West Main St in Patchogue Village.
To participate in the program, applicants must meet all the requirements, include specific income ranges.

Income requirements are based on household size, with one person seeking a one-bedroom apartment required to have an annual income between $47,616-$73,788. Income ranges increase by household size and the number of bedrooms.
Monthly rent for one of the 35 "Efficiency Units" is $1,550, while monthly rent for a one-bedroom unit is between $1,867 and $1,984.

Rent for a two-bedroom unit is $2,480.
Additional fees include a one-time security deposit of $750; $125 application fee for every household member over 18; a $700 annual amenity fee; $50 per month garage parking fee, which is optional; $25 per month trash fee; and a $700 non-refundable pet fee for one pet.
The pet friendly community apartment complex features a fitness center, swimming pool and sundeck.
A $50 fee is required at time of submission of online Wait List Intake Form.
