Burglar Touched Woman As She Slept In Her Long Island Home: Police
It happened at around 1 a.m. on Aug. 26, Suffolk police say.

MASTIC BEACH, NY — A burglar who touched a woman as she slept in the early morning in her Mastic Beach home has been arrested, Suffolk police said.
A man entered a home on Whittier Drive on Aug. 26 at around 1 a.m. and while inside, he touched a a woman while she slept, police said, adding that she awoke and the man fled.
Following an investigation by 7th Squad detectives, Davion Commodore, 19, was arrested and
charged with second-degree burglary.

He was held overnight for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Sept. 6.
