The Lake Ronkonkoma Civic Organization has announced its plans to host Tritec Real Estate Company, the developers in charge of the Ronkonkoma HUB project, to its general assembly meeting on June 13.

Tritec is also the developer of the New Village Patchogue project that is in construction at the Four Corners intersection of Main Street and North Ocean Avenue in Patchogue.

The LRCO will hold the meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Ronkonkoma Fire District building at the corner of Portion Road and Hawkins Avenue.

Tritec has met with a number of civic organizations over the past year as it attempts to gain support for the development of more than 50 acres that surround the LIRR Ronkonkoma station. The plans call for a mixed-use transit-oriented development that will rent apartment units, commercial space and create destination businesses for tourists. Currently the group is in the negotiation process with local business owners in the area.
