- Patchogue-Medford Library is hosting the Paint Pour Pumpkin (for adults) on Thursday, Oct 20, at 6:30 p.m. Participants will paint on canvas. Registration is required. (Patch Events)

- Nearby News: The teenager struck in a hit-and-run in Coram early this month has died from his injuries. He was hit while walking with his sister on Granny Road. Both siblings were taken to Stony Brook University to be treated. Police continue investigating the case and looking for the driver responsible for the crash. (TBR News Media)
