  1. The Firefighters Association welcomes Patchogue resident Eugene Perry as its vice president. The election was held during the association's convention last month. Perry has been serving the community as a member of the Fire Department for 43 years. (Long Island Business News)
  2. A 9/11 Ceremony will be held at the September 11th Memorial Park in Patchogue. The event starts at 9 a.m. at Maiden Lane at the end of Cedar Avenue. All are welcome to attend. (Patchogue Village Center)

  4. The Wayward is now open just 4 miles away from Patchogue Main Street. The restaurant takes over the previous Sayville Restaurant location at 98 Main St. The eatery opens on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. (Greater Long Island)
