  1. Town of Brookhaven approved the renovation plan for the Rechler Equity Partners’ 91-unit luxury apartment development, estimated at $40 million. The Mediterranean Manor will be demolished to give it the space to construct 91-unit affordable housing apartments in East Patchogue. (Greater Long Island)
  2. Patchogue Medford Public Library will host the "Pirates: Lost at Sea" program on Saturday, July 23. Kids in Grade K-6 will dive into an adventure at the lost sea! The fun starts at 2 p.m. (PMPL)
