Here are the top 4 stories in Patchogue today:

1. A bicyclist was involved in a collision on Atlantic Avenue in East Patchogue. A 2013 Ford Edge traveling eastbound around 5:40 p.m. hit the bicyclist, who was transported with severe injuries to a local hospital. The driver is a Bellport man and did not suffer any injuries. (Patch)
2. Suffolk Police is asking for help to identify a man that was found injured in a parking lot located on Montauk Highway in Patchogue. The man died from his wounds on Sunday at a local hospital. Anyone with any information that will lead to the man's identification is asked to call 631-852-6392. (Patch)
3. Patchogue- Medford Public Library will host the "Tiny Tunes" on Monday, June 27 at 10:30 a.m. Kiddos aged 2-35 months are welcome to enjoy songs and crafts at the Axis Cafe at 2884 Route 112 in Medford. (PMP Library)
4. Nearby News: Police are investigating a shooting on Wednesday morning on Middle Country Road in Coram. A 27-year-old man was shot and transported to a local hospital. An investigation of surveillance cameras in the area is ongoing, but no arrests have been made. (Port Jefferson Patch)
