- The Patchogue's 4th Annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 17. The event features Latino music and cultural performances at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts starting at 7 p.m. with free admission! (Google Events)
- Local restauranteur Justin Tempelman announced his retirement after 16 years working at the JT’s on The Bay in Blue Point. The restaurant was located at 1 Curtis Road in Blue Point and hosted its last day of business on Sept. 5. (Greater Patchogue)
- Patchogue Medford Public Library will help you to learn how to style your hair! The "Hair Braiding Basics" is set for Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m., teaching participants fun and easy techniques to do on themselves or kids! (Patchogue CofC)
