1. Cheeky Peach in Patchogue will have its grand opening on Aug. 20. The pole fitness studio is set to open at 42 S. Ocean Ave. The Chamber of Commerce welcomes the new local businesses with a ribbon-cut ceremony, a studio tour, and a presentation of the classes. (Greater Long Island)
2. A Hispanic Day Parade is on the horizon in Patchogue Village. According to trustee Village's Lizbeth Carrillo, the parade will be hosted on Oct. 2 at noon. (Greater Long Island)
