- Habitat For Humanity grants a home in East Patchogue for new resident Allyson Bowden and her four children. The ceremony was held on July 13 when Suffolk County Legislator Dominick Thorne and other officials attended the event and handed the house key to the Bowden family. (Patchogue Patch)
- Driver Stephanie Vilien-Morisseau was injured while driving on Sunrise Highway in East Patchogue. A tire on her car blew up, causing her vehicle to crash into a truck. William Florenzo of Mastic Beach suffered minor injuries. (Patchogue Patch)
- Patchogue-Medford Public Library will give a tasty treat for kids aged 2-5 on the "Books To Belly" program. Literature and healthy food will be offered on Monday, July 25 at 10 a.m.
