1. For all parents who like to be creative about kids' nutrition, Patchogue-Medford Public Library is hosting a "Kids in the Kitchen" program! Kids will be inspired by the book "Dragons Love Tacos" and then make a taco dinner afterward. The program is for children in grades 3-6. (PMPL)
   
2. The warm weather has arrived, and now it's time to enjoy summer concerts! Chris Young Famous Friends Tour will rock the Long Island Community Hospital amphitheater at Bald Hill on Saturday, May 28 at 7 p.m. (LICH)
3. Krav Maga in Patchogue will host a self-defense seminar for a level 13 years old up! No art martial experience is necessary, and the class will teach teens and adults basic techniques against common attacks on Friday, May 27, from 7 until 8:30 p.m. (Patch)
4. Nearby News: Mastic Beach resident Keith Schoelermann, 29, is being charged with child pornography after being found with more than a hundred lewd pictures and videos on his device. Police searched for his home on Grove Road in Mastic. Beach following the discovery. Schoelermann faces seven-year imprisonment and is due to appear in court on May 24. (News12)
