Patchogue Village Extends West Main Street Building Moratorium
No building for six months.

The Village of Patchogue has extended a building moratorium for development on the south side of West Main Street for another six months, officials announced on Monday.
The moratorium prohibits development on West Main Street between Railroad Avenue and River Avenue - currently zoned for residential, retail, industrial and commercial uses.
Officials will look into more aesthetically pleasing plans to complement the Blue Point Brewery.
