- Police reported a pedestrian hit in a fatal accident on East Patchogue on Wednesday. The crash happened on nearby South Country Road at 9:30 p.m. A woman hit the pedestrian crossing the roadway on South Dunton Avenue. (Patch)
- Patchogue nonprofit SEPA Mujer is hosting its gala dinner at Stereo Garden on Nov. 4. The masquerade ball is set for Nov. 4 at Patchogue's Stereo Garden. The Masquerade Ball starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are selling at the SEPA Mujer’s website here. (Greater Long Island)
