1. Police reported a pedestrian hit in a fatal accident on East Patchogue on Wednesday. The crash happened on nearby South Country Road at 9:30 p.m. A woman hit the pedestrian crossing the roadway on South Dunton Avenue. (Patch)
2. Patchogue nonprofit SEPA Mujer is hosting its gala dinner at Stereo Garden on Nov. 4. The masquerade ball is set for Nov. 4 at Patchogue's Stereo Garden. The Masquerade Ball starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are selling at the SEPA Mujer’s website here. (Greater Long Island)
