Man Robs Suffolk County Bank

He fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Impala, police say.

Patchogue, N.Y. — Suffolk County Police are investigating a robbery at Chase Bank that occurred Thursday when a man entered the branch at 472 Route 112, around 8:30 a.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money.

According to the report, the teller followed the robber's orders. Once he had the money, the man ran away, heading west on Harris Street.

The man is described as white, in his 20s, thin, bearded, and with brown hear. He wore a Penn State pullover, blue jeans, sneakers, sunglasses, and an Oakley baseball hat.
