Police Seek Man Who Used Stolen Credit Cards At Gas Stations

The police are offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.

Suffolk County detectives are asking for the public's help to identify and locate a man who used stolen credit cards at a multiple locations earlier this year.

According to police, the man stole credit cards from an unlocked car parked at Robinson's Duck Farm Dog Park in Brookhaven on July 18. The cards were used at multiple locations later that day, including at Speedway Gas Station on 870 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
