State of Emergency Declared For Patchogue Village
All cars must be parked off the road, officials said.

Patchogue Village Deputy Mayor John A. Krieger has declared a state of emergency for the village due to a blizzard warning.
The state of emergency began at 5 p.m., and all cars must be parked off the road.
The National Weather Service says a blizzard warning is in effect from 6 p.m Saturday until 1 p.m. Sunday.
