  1. Patchogue-Medford Public Library is hosting a Winter Wonderland family night on Dec. 9 from 5 to 10 p.m. There will be bounce houses, crafts, photo booths and more! This event has free admission. (Patchogue Patch)
  2. The man who was found drowned off East Concourse has been identified as Pierre Morris. Police arrived at Smith Point Park in Shirley after Morris's colleague reported him missing on Nov. 18 at 3:30 p.m. (Smithtown Matters)
  3. Patchogue Drift 82 is waiting for approval from the village to set up a tent on its parking lot to host private events. The tent would be up from April through October of the following year. According to the owners, the extra service would help the business to expand since the restaurant industry is struggling for various reasons. (Patchogue Patch)
