Woman Restrained In Suffolk Home Invasion
The masked burglars fled the scene with cash and personal items on Saturday morning, police say.

Police say a woman was restrained by burglars during a home invasion in Patchogue on Saturday morning, police say.
According to authorities, the 34-year-old woman was inside her room on Shaber Road when she heard a noise at her back door at 3:55 a.m. The woman went to check on the noise when she saw two people entered her home. They pushed her into her bedroom and tied her hands with a cell phone cord, police say.
The burglars, who were wearing ski masks, stole cash and personal items and fled the scene.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on the burglary to call the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
