• James A. Conley (timeshudsonvalley.com) — Pearl River native James A. Conley, born here in 1947, has passed away at age 78, leaving a legacy of service and generosity. A U.S. Navy veteran and longtime electrician, he was devoted to family and community. Calling hours and funeral services will be held in Highland Falls on January 2 and 3, with memorial donations suggested to major health charities.
