Cops Charge 21-Year-Old Peekskill Man in Crack Cocaine Sales

A 21-year-old Peekskill man is accused of selling crack cocaine to an undercover police officer, officials say.

Peekskill Police closed out a year-long investigation when they arrested Jesse Dabbs, Jr. at about 6 p.m. July 23. Detectives Anthony Malfitano and Joseph McGann apprehended Dabbs on Main Street.

He's facing felony charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. 

Dabbs was held pending arraignment.
