DOT To Close U.S. Route 6/202 In Cortlandt For Tree Work
Weather permitting, the closure will begin Thursday morning.

CORTLANDT, NY — The state Department of Transportation is expected to close U.S. Route 6/202 (Bear Mountain Bridge Road) for tree work.
The DOT said the highway will be closed between State Route 9D and U.S. Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Thursday, March 16 through Friday, March 24, weather permitting.
Motorists should expect delays and follow the posted detour using State Route 9D, State Route 403 and U.S. Route 9.
