A 39-year-old Lake Peekskill is accused of drugged driving on the Taconic State Parkway, according to police.
State troopers from the Hawthorne barracks arrested the man in New Castle at about 9:20 p.m. Friday. He's facing misdemeanor charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The latter indicates a suspended license.
The defendant also received a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
