A 27-year-old Mohegan Lake man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
State troopers from the Cortlandt barracks arrested the defendant at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday on Lexington Avenue in Cortlandt.
Officials say it was the man's first offense. He was released pending a future court appearance.
