Last Chance: Help 'Little Doctors' Make Big Difference Today
Blood drive at Mattlin can save lives and provide teachable moment for local kids.

Remember it's today: The Mattlin 'Little Doctors' Blood Drive' will be held at the Mattlin Middle School cafeteria Tuesday from 3:30- 9:30 p.m.
It's become Plainview's favorite blood drive of the year, where teachers select a group of interested students to serve as "Little Doctors" at the drive. The students wear scrubs to wear, greet donors, make thank you notes for each donor and help register donors.
Each year, the event has proved to be an exciting learning opportunity for the students about community activism and selfless giving.
