Voter's Guide: Bethpage 2018-19 School Budget, Board Election
What you need to know for election day.

Those who reside within the area of Bethpage schools will vote on the district's $85,229,857 proposed budget for the 2018-19 school year on Tuesday, May 15.
The proposal calls for a 1.99 percent increase in spending over the current year and the tax levy increase is 2.9 percent, which is within the tax levy cap.
Three candidates are running unopposed for three open seats on the Bethpage Board of Education. They are incumbents James McGlynn, Christina Scelta and Sandra Watson, according to Newsday.
