Voter's Guide: POB 2018-19 School Budget, Board Election
What you need to know for election day.

Those who reside within the area of Plainview-Old Bethpage schools will vote on the district's $157,166,366 proposed budget for the 2018-19 school year on Tuesday, May 15.
The proposal calls for a 3.27 percent increase in spending over the current year and the tax levy increase is 1.98 percent, which is within the tax levy cap.
Residents will be able to vote for two candidates running for two three-year terms on the POB Board of Education. They are: Jodi Campagna and Lauren Sackstein. Voters may vote for a seperate write-in candidate for each vacancy.

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the following locations:
- Jamaica Avenue School
- Old Bethpage Elementary School
- Plainview-Old Bethpage Middle School
