Aerial View of the 'Chateau' Construction in Port Chester

Thanks to Timothy J. Kelly for sending this unique view of the site of the future Chateau, a six-story mixed commercial/residential building being constructed on about 1.15 acres on Willett Avenue between Abendroth Place (north) and Abendroth (south).

The project will include 120 residential units and a 138 parking garage, 44 ground level parking and will include 1,444 square feet of retail at ground level as well, according to Village Planner Chris Gomez. The project was original named “Castle” but has been renamed “Chateau,” he said.
